Nothing outstanding

Virtually impossible to park or stop temporarily outside the hotel in order to unpack the car. Nowhere is this mentioned in the hotel's publicity.

No business center, No facilities in the room and the room too squeezed.I Wanted a room with king size bed, but the booking was not clear as I ended up with two rooms. I had to pay extra for cancellation of a room I did not need, and No Breakfast.

The hotel's location in the center of town was perfect! Close to all major tourist sites and in a shop around the corner for anything I needed.

some stairways and halls were rather "smelly". Also the breakfast room was unpleasantly decorated.

I like the location and the short distance to shops and restaurants, decent prizing and with a reception staff that knows good English.

I don't know why my business credit card was refused from the beginning. The due date was 08-12 and no explanation was given. Solved by the reception staff so no harms done.

Great location, close to train station and key sights. Room was very quiet, which made for a peaceful weekend away. Enjoyed the complimentary wifi, which helped with planning outings around the city.

Breakfast was underwhelming, and seemed expensive compared to options nearby. Although the room was quiet, the bathroom could use some improvement in terms of privacy.

The hotel in center part and always possibly to take and return in hotel then rain or for short break in day. Stuff is pleasure and welcomes.

This hotel in the center of Toulouse offers great value for money. The room was spacious and had a good bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
